- Go to the folder where is the Excel file.
- Right click and Rename the file and change the file type from .xlsx to .zip.
If you don't know how to show file extensions follow this tutorial. - Open the ZIP File and go to xl folder and enter worksheets folder.
- Copy the sheet.xml that is password protected on the Desktop.
- Right click and open the file Notepad.
- Search for sheetProtection and select all the text from the brackets including them and delete it.
Example

- Save the file and close it.
- Copy and Replace the file in the folder.
- Rename file from .zip back to .xlsx
Now the password from the sheet is removed.
