How to disable Learn about this picture icon from Desktop

Method 1

1. Right click on desktop and click on Personalize.
2. Go to Background.
3. Change the Personalize your background from Windows spotlight to Picture.

Method 2

Remove Learn about this picture icon to Desktop
Download the reg file - REMOVE LEARN ABOUT THIS PICTURE.
Open the reg file and select Run.
Click Yes to allow make changes to the computer.
Click Yes to continue and Ok.
Done!
Add Learn about this picture icon to Desktop
Download the reg file - ADD LEARN ABOUT THIS PICTURE
Open the reg file and select Run.
Click Yes to allow make changes to the computer.
Click Yes to continue and Ok.

Method 3

1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel.
3. Right click and New and select DWORD (32-bit) Value.
4. Rename the Value to {2CC5CA98-6485-489A-920E-B3E88A6CCCE3}
5. Open Key and set Value data to 1.
6. Restart computer.
